Hot Vinyasa Flow
Move fluidly through a challenging vinyasa practice. Modifications will always be offered and encouraged making this a great all level class
Learn classical asanas (postures) through precise verbal instructions with attention to detail and alignment. The emphasis is on strength, balance and concentration.
Warm Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is designed to open and encourage the body’s own ability to release and let go. Movement is synchronized with the breath, and supported postures are held for longer periods often with the use of props. This work encourages the cultivation of observance, breath and meditation whilst you experience the release of deep connective tissues and stagnant energy.
Ashtanga Yoga – Beginners
This Beginners class breaks down the primary series of Ashtanga Yoga to help you develop the necessary foundations of this dynamic form of yoga. You will learn the elements that make up an Ashtanga class from the sun salutation sequences to the finishing sequences of inversions. Learning correct alignment will help you develop your technique.
