We like to encourage good connections at Unicorn House and we’re already well-known for our coworking and meeting spaces. But we’re not all about work… In our bright and tranquil infrared-heated yoga studio, you can strengthen your body, focus your mind and channel your energy under the guidance of a talented local teacher. We have sessions in various styles running throughout the week. So, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced student, there’ll be a class that’s just right for you. See our current schedule below. You can even combine a yoga or mindfulness session with another event such as a meeting or an awayday. We’ll be delighted to design a bespoke schedule.

Yoga Class Descriptions
Hot Vinyasa Flow – All Levels
This fluid style moves you continuously through a sequence of challenging asanas (postures). Modifications will always be offered and encouraged, making this a great all level class.
Hatha – All Levels
Learn classical asanas through precise verbal instructions with attention to detail and alignment. The emphasis is on strength, balance and concentration.
Warm Yin – All Levels
Yin is designed to open and encourage the body’s own ability to release and let go. Movement is synchronized with the breath, and supported postures are held for longer periods – often with the use of props. This encourages the cultivation of observance, breath and meditation while you experience the release of deep connective tissues and stagnant energy.
Slow Flow Yoga – All levels including Beginners
Vinyasa Hatha Mix – All levels
Flowing postures (asanas) combined with holding asanas whilst tuning in to the breath (pranayama) throughout. Modifications and variations offered to tailor to everyone’s needs. Not suitable for absolute beginners. Strengthening, challenging, calming and releasing.
